About Robert & Shari, Owners & Sons Michael & Derek After 18+ years of working for prestigious companies such as Morgan Distributing, Mt. Hood Beverage & Ste Michelle Wine Estates in Operations and Logistics Management, Robert earned his B.A. in Industrial Management (Oregon Institute of Technology) and a M.S. in Logistics (Michigan State University). Shari brings a wealth of organization and experience having worked for her father's business, Fessler Nursery; E-commerce / fulfillment for She Works Inc.; and managing Federal and State grants for Kennewick School District. Shari earned her Bachelor's in Accounting (University of Portland). Sons: Michael Thompson: Senior at the University of Idaho majoring in Operational Management. Derek Thompson: Manages warehousing, distribution and fulfillment at the warehouses.
